Pre-K

Have you read Knuffle Bunny: a Cautionary Tale? How about Knuffle Bunny Too? Both great books, which I highly recommend reading to your little ones! Or just enjoying by yourself. The illustrations/photography are pretty clever!

Here is how a recent conversation with Alana went:

Me: Where's Daddy? (Wondering out loud when he would be home.)
Alana: He's at High School.
Me: That's funny. He graduated almost 10 years ago!
Alana: He went there because he didn't want to go to Pre-K.

Really just funny to me in the context of Knuffle Bunny Too, and the things my preschooler remembers.

I can't wait to read Knuffle Bunny Free!

PS I just figured out a way to remember that recommend has 1 c and 2 m's. The root word is commend, with the prefix re-. There you go. Hopefully I won't spell it incorrectly ever again!

Hooray for Knuffle Bunny! I LOVE those books! The Lama llama red pajama books are amazing too!

I always remember that spelling tip, too. Hope you're doing well. And I still love the "boneless" thing in Knuffle Bunny. That is exactly what kids do. Ha ha.
