August was such a fun month for our little family! It was filled with:

The Brigham City, Ut temple open house. We got a VIP tour thanks to my dad's former co-worker, who is now the head engineer at the Brigham City temple. Charlotte's thoughts on the temple? "It's sparkly!" It was a special thing to be there with my children!

The kid's favorite adventure by far: Raft River. We joined our Dearden cousins for a two-day camping retreat in the middle of no-where Idaho. That long slide you see in the background of the first picture was one of two water slides that the kids spent two days running up the hill and sliding down! We also enjoyed the furry mice friends that left presents in our shoes and sneaked around under our tents while we were trying to sleep. :)
