She sure didn't come with an instruction manual. Hopefully she won't need counseling because of us! Ha ha... But can you believe how TINY she was?
Ask the Girl how old she is, and what will she tell you? Well, actually she'll tell you she's one. But she isn't anymore! So here is an ode to my sweet toddler, who I love to pieces.
On Sunday we had a fun Bday party with family, and also celebrated Staci's bday! (we love you!) It was lots of fun! Then today we had some little friends over for lunch and playtime. And we didn't even have any meltdowns! (YAY!)
Some things we love about the Girl:
1. Her imagination. I know I've mentioned it before, but WOW, she has got a mind of her own!
2. Her big heart. I don't think there is anything sweeter than your child telling you they love you. Except maybe when they tell your other child that. I love seeing the Girl sharing, kissing, saying "Sah-lot's so cute!" and generally being kind to her sister!
3. Her big blue eyes. Gotta love em!
4. Her sweet little voice. Lately I've been asking her to sing to me at bedtime. Sometimes she sings like a sheep, but any way she does it is endearing!
5. Her love of all things Princess. Sometimes it gets a little annoying, but it really is cute that she thinks anyone wearing a dress is Cinderella!
We love our Lana-girl!

Happy birthday! Sorry we couldn't make it to the party. Margaret wasn't acting well and had a runny nose. I'm not sure if it's teething or sickness, so we stayed on the safe side.
Oh I just love her! We really need to get together more...I used to see you guys everyday and now I hardly ever do!
