Easter

We had a great Easter Weekend. DH was gone all week, so I wasn't very vigilant about teaching the Girl about the last week of the Savior's life. But the night before Easter we talked about His Atonement and Resurrection. She still doesn't understand, but she was a little more reverent during the Sacrament today (although that could be because she's sick.)

Here are the pics of Easter Egg coloring. I know, it's a commercial holiday activity, but OH so fun!

Of course, General Conference was also a highlight (although I missed the morning session on Saturday to take Sweet C to the doc, turns out she had a nasty ear infection!) I definitely felt peace and comfort knowing that I can teach my family the Gospel and they will be safe from the influence of the Adversary! What a blessing to have a living prophet to guide us in the Latter Days!
