Charlotte is 2!

We love our Charlotte! Here are some things about her:

1. She is such a loving gal. She gives the BEST hugs and has always been our little snuggle bug. And she is very good at saying "I sorry Lana." ;)

2. This girl LOVES books. Every day there comes a point where it is quiet. Too quiet. You know, that kind of quiet that a mother enjoys until she realizes that her kids are probably causing some kind of chaos somewhere. Well in our home, this kind of quiet usually means that Alana is playing outside and Charlotte is in her room reading books, and has pulled every book off the shelf. She will sit for an hour in her room just looking at books, and she'll even sit through me reading most story books.

3. Charlotte is our climber. She doesn't climb out of her crib yet, but she loves to climb on the table and chairs, climb on the hearth, jump off couches and stairs. She has received quite a few bruises due to her love of climbing.

4. "I do it" is quickly becoming her favorite phrase. It is cute, she can really do a lot of things for herself.

5. She loves being naked and is quick to point out whenever anyone else is naked. She walked in on Stuart getting in the shower last week and yelled "DADDY NAKED!"

6. She does not sit still for prayers or scriptures. She is fast becoming more difficult to handle at church, mostly because sacrament meeting is last and by then she just wants to run around!

7. Charlotte has a raspy voice. I think I will discuss it with our pediatrician at our next visit.

8. She is a great talker. She is right on track and has started talking sometimes in sentences. Everyday she says something that we didn't know she could say.
