An email I got from Jolley old England

I'll never complain about McDonald's again. They have free wireless internet at the store about a block away from our hotel. It's really nice. I can email you for free at least.

I went to Cambridge today, besides the ton of walking, it was really fun. I think Cambridge is one of the funner places I've ever been to, because it looks so nice and is very old and has cheap food (the food prices here are very expensive in London). Some members of the group are a little upset that I'm always looking for a cheap place to eat.

Yesterday, We had fun at the IASB standard setting meeting. We got to meet sir David Tweedie and some members of the IASB. It was like meeting with rock stars, because we learned about the people who set the standards, and then we got to talk to them. I spoke with the French board member, he was very nice, but did not speak to me in French. We watched the meeting with some students from a French University, I spoke to their teacher, she was nice, but did not speak to me in French. I hear a lot of French speakers here, but can't find a reason to speak to them in French.

I hope you guys are happy and healthy. It's not easy to find good food here. I had fish and chips, and they were really bland, even after I seasoned them (it hard to have bland chips, but they did it). I had a pasty ( surprisingly good), and today we ate at a greek restaurant, it was very good and cheap. I left that place very happy.
