My little baby girl turned 2 1/2 in March. Charlotte will always be my baby. I don't know why, maybe because she is such a cuddle bug. She isn't anxious to grow up like Alana has always been (which is kind of a pain when it comes to potty training.)
Charlotte is the kid who, as long as you say "May I please have it" will share any toy with you. I keep holding my breath and thinking that this phase will end, but so far she is so generous!
Charlotte loves to get into trouble with our little neighbor. The two can do more damage in 5 minutes alone together than Alana could have done in a month.
Charlotte loves jumping. On the bed, on the tramp, it doesn't matter!
She is such a smart kid. She counts to ten like nobody's business. She loves to read books and will spend an hour by herself looking at books.
She is not allowed to be out of the cart at any store, because I don't like chasing her down.
She hasn't quite yet learned that we shouldn't sit (or lay) down in the middle of the road, or even the gutter. She gets time out a lot for this!
She is slowly progressing toward being potty trained. I'm taking a relaxed approach, because the thought of stressing about it gives me hives.
She is currently on her 2nd night of being binky free. I didn't mean for this to happen, but the one she had broke, and I couldn't find one of the four others that she has. She slept great last night without it! Yay!
I can't get enough of this kid. She is too insanely cute. Her favorite foods right now are strawberries and cheese, and she still loves dressing like a princess.
