Sheena reminded me that we didn't include her birth details:

Weight: 7 lbs 10 oz (not bad for 8 days late!)
Height: 20 1/2 inches
She was very alert right after she was born, her eyes were wide open (see the "Yoda" picture below).
Alana is catching on the whole eating thing, today is going much better (yes, it's weird to get excited about her having a poop!) She loves her pack 'n play bassinet because it has nature sounds and vibration! She never startles when someone makes a loud noise or turns on a loud appliance! She's just amazing! I need to go take a nap now because she's asleep and who knows how long that will last?! :) Thanks for all of the greetings!!
