We have been LOVING the weather the last couple weeks! It hasn't been too cold to play outside, but it isn't hot either! Yay! Alana still isn't crawling, but has started attempting to push her forehead across the floor. It is really funny to me, she sticks her bum in the air and gets on her hands and feet and pushes off with her feet. It's fun to see her figure out the problem of getting around. She is also getting SO wiggly! Gone are the days of peacefully sitting through sacrament meeting! (Oh, and did I mention that her favorite time to have a loud conversation is during prayer?!) Alana thoroughly enjoyed playing in the leaves. She didn't even put any in her mouth, possibly because she is indecisive and there were just too many to choose from? I'm not sure, but I was grateful to avoid repeated mouth swipes!
This is probably the closest our family will ever come to owning a pet. Ok, maybe we'll try a Chia pet sometime...
