Charlotte October 2015

When I met with Charlotte's teacher for parent teacher conferences, Ms. Thrash told me that Charlotte is doing well. We discussed how difficult it is for Charlotte to hold still and follow directions, and then Ms. Thrash said "But I love Charlotte. She has an awesome personality. Charlotte is full of personality. She marches to the beat of her own drum. I'm trying hard not to squelch her creativity and especially to give her freedom during unstructured playtime. But boy, does she make messes!

One of Charlotte's favorite ways to play is to take her toys to the bathroom sink and play "sea animals" or "swimming pool." It's just water, right?

Charlotte usually says what's on her mind. She is often telling random strangers with pink hair that they are beautiful. She is very loving and sweet. She still loves Lindsey Stirling.

School has been an adjustment. Mostly she is starving when she gets home, so I always have a snack ready after school. But she loves it and talks about the people and activities all day long. I know it was the right decision to send her to public school this year and I couldn't be happier with her experience!
When she's not happy, she looks like this:

Her Bangs are starting to grow back!

Playing "Lindsey Stirling" on the trampoline (our neighbors gave us the trampoline, how cool is that?)
