Yummy things...

Lately I have come across some yummy, easy recipes, so I thought I'd share!

Sweet chicken wings
1 pks Italian salad dressing mix
1/2 c. honey
1/4 c orange juice
2 lbs chicken wings.
Marinate 2 hours, broil 5 min. on each side until cooked thoroughly.
This would be a great marinate for any type of chicken. You could spice it up with a tsp. of ground ginger and/or black pepper.

Grilled Salmon
¼ c. Soy Sauce
2 TBSP white sugar
¼ C. Rice wine vinegar
1 TBSP Canola Oil
1 tsp. ground ginger
1 tsp. mustard powder
2 lbs salmon fillets
Mix all ingredients except fish. Marinate in fridge for 1-2 hours. Grill salmon 3-4 minutes on each side. You could also broil, but I don't recommend using a George Foreman Grill.
This savory, sweet, slightly Asian salmon dish is delicious!! I don’t really like fish, and I loved this!
