Things Charlotte says

We live in a college town, and the University of Arkansas happens to be an SEC school. So naturally it's all about football. And the team's mascot is the Razorback. Everywhere we go we see Razorback memorabilia. Most people proudly display their loyalty to the Razorbacks with decals and license plates of the Razorback.

The other day we were driving around and Charlotte said "Why does EVERYBODY like the Razorbacks."

I replied "Well, it's their school, and they are proud of it. Dad and I and your grandparents are fans of BYU because it was our college."

"I'm a fan of Sam's Club, because of the hot dogs and pizzas."

Today we were waiting at the WIC office. (Honestly, I'm not sure if WIC is even worth the few extra groceries we get, the office waits are horrible, and Esther freaks out about getting weighed and pricked for the iron test). Charlotte had brought puppets and we were playing with them. Her puppet was a herbivore, and mine was a carnivore. We were discussing food options and I asked what kind of plants she ate. "Do you eat Acacia leaves?" I asked.
"No, giraffes eat those." she replied.
"What about eucalyptus leaves?" I queried.
"No, eucalyptus leaves are poisonous. Only Koalas can eat those because they have a specialized digest system that takes out the poison," she informed me.

Score for Wild Kratts!
